Per the PUD approval process, the City of Charleston’s Technical Review Committee has reviewed the application and has issued a recommendation to present to the Planning Commission.

Since public gatherings are prohibited during the pandemic, the project team has developed this virtual meeting to provide information to the public about the project as the team proceeds with Planning Commission and City Council reviews.

 

The following review schedule has been targeted:

August 19, 2020 - Vote on PUD Document

September 22, 2020 - 1st reading

October 13, 2020 - 2nd and 3rd reading
