Phase 2 adds Park 1, (located at the Robert Mills Ruins area); Park 2 and Crabbing Docks; a civic park, (Park 3); and extends the bike/pedestrian path.

In addition to Romney Street, the Cool Blow Street Bridge will provide access to the project.
