Morrison Drive TIF
The Morrison Drive TIF consists of 253 acres that will be separated into 3 revenue sources:
1. Laurel Island Property

Developer maintains exclusive use of proceeds for roads, utilities, parks, and connections to Laurel Island both on and off-site
2. Morrison Yards

Gives priority of TIF funds to projects associated with Morrison Yard Apartments and the Office at Morrison Yards
3. Remaining Properties

Prioritizes City projects including Singleton Park, Cool Blow and Nassau Flooding Improvements, and miscellaneous sidewalk projects

Allows for TIF funds to be used for off-site neighborhood/traffic improvements
