Off-Site Neighborhood Improvements

All off-site improvement projects will be designed, permitted, and constructed by the Developer (within their legal authority) as required by individual traffic studies. City cooperation may be necessary for policy and right-of-way issues.

  • N. Hanover St. & Cool Blow St.

  • Meeting St. & US-17 SB

  • Meeting St. & US-17 NB (ramp widening)

  • Meeting St. & Huger St.

  • Brigade St. & Huguenin Ave.

  • Widening & extension of Romney St. to Laurel Island

  • Cool Blow Streetscape

  • Extension of Brigade Street to Laurel Island

  • Construction of Cedar Street between Morrison Drive and North Hanover Street
