Development Agreement Acreage

The Development Agreement will include the 38.2 highland acres of TMS 418-00-00-006 (West Ashley Bikeway), 52.26 highland acres of TMS 450-00-00-013 (Morris Island), and 165.3 acres of highland acres from Laurel Island properties for a total of 255.76 highland acres.

To create a nexus between the West Ashley Bikeway (TMS 418-00-00-006) and Laurel Island, the Development Agreement includes a not to exceed total $100,000 contribution from the Developer to the City of Charleston. The contributions will be made in equal annual installments over 5 years and will be used by the City to make improvements to turtle pond and duck pond.
