Morrison Drive TIF

The Morrison Drive TIF consists of 253 acres that will be separated into 3 revenue sources:

1. Laurel Island Property

  • Developer maintains exclusive use of proceeds for roads, utilities, parks, and connections to Laurel Island both on and off-site

2. Morrison Yards

  • Gives priority of TIF funds to projects associated with Morrison Yard Apartments and the Office at Morrison Yards

3. Remaining Properties

  • Prioritizes City projects including Singleton Park, Cool Blow and Nassau Flooding Improvements, and miscellaneous sidewalk projects

  • Allows for TIF funds to be used for off-site neighborhood/traffic improvements
